1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 1k44 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify 1k44 support immediately. 1k44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must ensure that you:

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Withdrawals

1k44 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawal proceeds will only be disbursed to payment accounts registered in the name of the 1k44 account holder.

5Bonuses and Promotions

1k44 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be rolled over the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1k44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the 1k44 platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud the platform.

1k44 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally. Any activity on the platform suspected to constitute financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

10Intellectual Property
